Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-remove molds that allow resin epoxy pours to dry quickly and can withstand temperatures between an average of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours, and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

The general lifespan is 10 uses, while some mold models can last between 20-25 uses.

Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.

We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.

Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning and removing epoxy liquids.

Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
