Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, ensuring quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Usage:

2 parts resin to 1 part hardener poured into a container and slowly mixed until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should create a homogeneous mixture that touches the bottom and sides of the container. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

The shelf life is generally 10 times, while some mold models can last between 20-25 uses.

Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.

We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.

Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.

Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
