Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings after they have dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, to facilitate quick drying of resin epoxy castings in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. With a wide range of applications, resin epoxy molds can bring diversity to various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure the mixing stick touches the bottom and edges of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will reach a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours.

The general lifespan of use is typically 10 times, but some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.

Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.

We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.

Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and molds.

Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
