Wood Piece Resin Epoxy Mold - 927 6.5 x 1.5 cm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. With resin epoxy molds that can be used in various fields, you can create differences in many sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

The general lifespan of use is around 10 times, but some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.

Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.

We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.

Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold interior with your fingers.
