Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that enable quick drying of resin epoxy pours, capable of withstanding high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Our resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, but some of our mold models last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and prolongs its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
