Resin Epoxy Silicone Mold Set - 261 - 1

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily detachable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts at high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. Homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It takes 48 hours to achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the glossiness of the mold and ensure long-term use.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids and molds.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
