Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out of the mold after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can ensure quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. A homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the stirring stick during mixing. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will take on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important notice:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but for some of our models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and try to avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
