Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, facilitating rapid curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure a homogeneous mixture is achieved by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it obtains a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can extend the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and prolongs its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective materials for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
