Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, which ensure quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, while some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can help extend the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
