Toka Epoxy Silicone Mold - 94 * 80 mm

Epoxy silicone resin injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from resin epoxy casts after they have dried, facilitating quick drying of resin epoxies in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, non-disposable resin molds that can be used in many different fields, allowing for versatility and creativity in various industries. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top, ensuring a homogeneous mixture that touches the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and fully harden within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant, glass-like finish. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of a mold is typically around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, wax, or varnish to maintain mold shine and prolong its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are effective for cleaning epoxy residues and molds.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
