Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts after they have dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, to facilitate quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Our resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
