Multi-Clip Epoxy Silicone Mold - 90 * 95 mm

Epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, which means they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts that can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different areas and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently in Turkey, we have more than 180 models of resin epoxy molds.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important note:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, while some of our mold models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using a mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective materials for cleaning and removing epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol and solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
