Epoxy Resin Necklace Mold - 8 x 4.1 x 1 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings once they have dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically ranging from 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a warm environment that allows the resin epoxy to cure quickly. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. With over 600 models of resin epoxy molds available in Turkey, these molds can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix the solution well by stirring from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, make sure the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Afterward, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will obtain a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, while some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
• Proper maintenance and usage practices, as well as cleaning procedures, can help extend the lifespan of your mold.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the shine of the mold and prolongs its lifespan.
• For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for removing epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold interior with your fingers.
