Epoxy Resin Necklace Mold - 4.2 x 7.8 x 1 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that allow epoxy resin casts to dry quickly and can withstand high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for single-use resin molds. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 models of epoxy resin molds available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and stir slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During stirring, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Warning:

• The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
