Epoxy Resin Pen Holder Mold 7 x 6 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds are capable of rapid curing in resin epoxy casts, withstanding high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will reach a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Proper care of your mold and the way you use it, as well as cleanliness procedures, can help you extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it helps maintain the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
