Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, enabling rapid curing of resin epoxy casts in a high-temperature environment ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, non-single-use resin molds. Epoxy resin molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. A homogeneous mixture should be provided by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and allow it to dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure long-term use.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
