Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, creating a fast curing process for epoxy resin. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields, creating differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 epoxy resin mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin to 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and top to bottom for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours.

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually around 10 uses, while some of our mold models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold, along with proper usage and cleaning procedures, can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids, while alcohol-based wet wipes should not be used to clean silicone molds. Avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
