• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts quickly after drying. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, allowing for rapid curing of resin epoxy casts.

• Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many areas can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes in a right-to-left, left-to-right, and bottom-to-top manner. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It takes on a glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

    • The general service life of the mold is 10 times, while in some model molds, it can be between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its service life.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer service life.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
