Epoxy Resin Coaster Leaf Model

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which allows for quick drying of epoxy resin pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of epoxy resin molds in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will reach a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain the shine and longevity of the mold.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
