• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy-to-release molds, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried, capable of withstanding high temperatures in the range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment.
• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different areas, creating variations in different sectors depending on your imagination.
• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture.
  Afterwards, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and allow it to dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours. It fully hardens within 24 hours.
  It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, while some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
