Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that allow rapid curing of resin epoxy casts, which can be removed after the product has dried in a warm environment with an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 epoxy resin mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The average lifespan of molds is generally 10 uses, some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can extend the lifespan of your molds.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold surface with your fingers.
