Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts, which can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment after drying. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It reaches a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
