Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing rapid curing for resin epoxy pours, able to withstand high temperatures between an average of 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable, non-disposable resin molds. Our resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable by hand in about 6 hours. It will completely harden within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

  • By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain the shine of the mold and ensures longer usability.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and molds.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
