Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast curing environment for resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many different fields, can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and leave it to dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
