Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts at high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in various fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, while some model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
