Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried. They ensure rapid curing in resin epoxy castings, with a high heat resistance of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable, not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely solidifies within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general usage life of the mold is 10 times, but for some models, it can be up to 20-25 times.
  • Proper maintenance and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can extend the life of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's gloss and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
