Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning that the product can be removed after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, creating a fast curing environment for resin epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 180 models of resin epoxy molds available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours and will completely harden within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
