Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and they can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which accelerates the drying process of resin epoxy castings. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours, and it will be completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance after 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but for some models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the shine and prolong the lifespan of the mold.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
