Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning that the product can be removed after it has dried. They enable quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with a temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and will fully harden within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish after 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and prolongs its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective way to clean epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
