Epoxy resin silicon injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release, meaning they can be removed once the product is dry in resin epoxy castings that require a fast drying process in a hot environment with an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Our resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but for some models, it can be between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
