Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating diversity in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly in a back and forth, side to side, and bottom to top motion for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective way to clean epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
