Epoxy Resin Mold - 2.7 Cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to demold, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, facilitating rapid drying of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds, which can be used in many fields, can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of epoxy resin molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish, as they maintain mold shine and ensure longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids for cleaning.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
