Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out of the mold after the product has dried. These molds facilitate the rapid curing of epoxy resin pours, with a high heat resistance of around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for single-use resin molds. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts of resin and 1 part of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure that the stirring stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant, glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important notice:

  • The average lifespan of molds is generally 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the gloss and prolong the lifespan of the mold.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
