Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to separate, meaning that the product can be removed after it has dried, providing rapid curing in resin epoxy casts that can withstand high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Depending on your imagination, resin epoxy molds can create differences in many industries. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: 2 measures of resin are poured into a container with 1 measure of hardener and slowly stirred until no air bubbles remain. During mixing, stir from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours. It completely hardens within 12 hours. It turns into a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10, while some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
