Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and they are resin epoxy molds that can ensure quick drying in resin epoxy castings, with a heat resistance of approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Also, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, in Turkey, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. A homogeneous mixture should be provided by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and edges of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours. It completely hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The general usage life of molds is 10 times; however, in some models, it can be 20-25 times.
  • By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids and removing stains.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
