Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning the product can be removed after it has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, which allows for quick curing of epoxy resin pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in different sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure that the stirring rod touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can ensure longer use.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective at removing epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
