Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that allow rapid drying in resin epoxy casts, with a high heat resistance ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a freezer-safe container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely solidifies within 12 hours, forming a scratch-resistant glass-like surface after 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 times, but some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish, as it maintains mold glossiness and prolongs its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
