Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees. Our silicone molds are also reusable resin molds that can be used multiple times, not just once. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different sectors, depending on your imagination, creating uniqueness in various industries. Currently, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts of resin to 1 part of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. During mixing, stir thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable within about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish. Color: Transparent

• Important notice:

  • The general usage life of the mold is usually 10 times, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
