Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to separate, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are also reusable, not for one-time use only. Our resin epoxy molds can be used in many different areas and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, but for some of our mold models, it can be 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it protects the mold shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
