Epoxy Silicone Mold Large Chamfer

Epoxy silicone resin injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, enabling quick curing of resin epoxy pours, which can be removed after the product has dried. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable within approximately 6 hours and completely solidifies within 12 hours. It takes on an unscratchable glass-like appearance within 48 hours.

• Important notice:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is usually around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves mold glossiness and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
