Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, allowing the product to be removed after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that enable rapid curing in resin epoxy casts, with a high heat resistance ranging from an average of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture right to left, left to right, and up and down for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours and will completely harden within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish within 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while in some mold models, it can be around 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
