Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be easily removed after the product has dried, enabling rapid curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Our resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage : Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. While mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant and glass-like within 48 hours.

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the shine of the mold and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
