Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily separable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of epoxy resin pours in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of epoxy resin molds in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener in a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It reaches a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, but some models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
