Epoxy Resin Mold - Ü

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to remove, meaning they can be easily taken out after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, typically ranging from 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, which allows for quick curing of resin epoxy pours in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back-and-forth, side-to-side, and bottom-to-top motion. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and then pour it into the mold to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and extends its usability.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are very effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
