Epoxy Resin Mold - V

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. They are epoxy resin molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, allowing for rapid curing of resin epoxy casts.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 24 hours. It will turn into a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• • Important notice:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, but for some model molds, it can be between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for removing epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
