• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried in resin epoxy castings, providing a quick curing process in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for single use, epoxy resin molds that can be used in many different fields. Depending on your imagination, epoxy resin molds can create differences in various sectors.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 times, while some model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
