Epoxy Resin Mold - T

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, and enable fast curing of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many fields and can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination.

• Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, while some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and prolongs its lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
