Epoxy Resin Mold - R

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-remove molds, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy pours in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. The mixing rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can help extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and prolongs its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
