Epoxy Resin Mold - P

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, around an average of 200 to 300 degrees, providing quick curing for resin epoxy castings in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and industries, allowing for various possibilities depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Ensure a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and will completely harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state within 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually around 10 uses, but some models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains mold shine and prolongs its lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
