Epoxy Resin Mold - Ö

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to demold, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that allow quick curing in resin epoxy castings, withstanding high temperatures in the range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius.

• Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will be touchable in about 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will take on a glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol and solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
